Fingerprint Biometric technology refers to the use of a person's fingerprint characteristics for identifying that person. Matching algorithms are used to compare previously stored templates of fingerprints against visitors' fingerprints for authentication purposes. In order to do this, the original image must be directly compared with the visitor's fingerprint image.

FingerBiometric application, consists of the fingerprint reader, web camera and software, will be able to capture fingerprint, photo and visitor's personal details. With this technology, visitors' entrance and exit record are stored into the database. The common information of FingerBiometric includes Name, Identity Card Number, Photo, Address, Contact Number, Remark, Fingerprint, Check in and Check out data.
